Liberty Chain DAO Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Purpose and Objective:
Liberty Chain DAO is committed to preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing. This AML Policy
provides the procedures and controls necessary to comply with US anti-money laundering regulations and to mitigate the risks
associated with money laundering and terrorist financing.
Diligence Procedure:
1. Know Your Customer (KYC): Before entering into any transaction or agreement with a user, Liberty Chain DAO must
conduct a complete and adequate verification of their identity. This includes the collection and verification of personal
information, such as name, birth information, address, and contact information. Additionally, official identification documents
may be required.
2. Transaction Monitoring: Liberty Chain DAO constantly monitors transactions on its platform to identify suspicious or non
compliant activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Reporting Suspicious Transactions: Liberty Chain DAO personnel are required to immediately report any transactions they
believe to be suspicious or non-compliant with applicable AML regulations. These reports will be sent to the relevant
authorities for further investigation.
4. Transaction Limits: Liberty Chain DAO maintains maximum transaction limits on its services to reduce the risk of money
laundering. Any transaction that exceeds these limits will be subject to further checks and controls.
Training and Knowledge:
All Liberty Chain DAO staff receive regular training on AML procedures and will be constantly updated on the latest regulations
and best practices in the industry.
Collaboration with the Competent Authorities:
Liberty Chain DAO is committed to fully cooperating with relevant authorities to combat money laundering and terrorist
financing. We are committed to providing all necessary information and cooperation during the investigation.
Review of the anti-money laundering policy:
This AML Policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to ensure that it remains in compliance with current regulations and
continues to effectively mitigate the risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing.
